The HC cranes are like other Liebherr tower cranes built in accordance with a modular-element principal. Moreover, these cranes are notable for their constructional peculiarities in transport, assembly, steelwork, gear drives, operating, and maintenance. They provide law fundamental hoisting height and due to climbing system the possibility of fast climbing.
The HC tower crane sections are complete unit with tight-welded enclosed sections. All tower sections are identical, that is why there is no need to set the assembly order, and so the sections cannot be confused. The loading capacity of the CH crane series raise from 500 tm to 5 000 tm. The maximum crane radius is 100 m and the loading capacity is up to 80 000 kg. Bigger machines are designed according to customer’s requirements. For transport purposes, the HC tower sections are dismantled.
