This crane system unites the advantages of the economic cranes with those of the all-purpose HC cranes. The load categories are suitable for medium-sized to large construction projects.
The EC-H cranes from 112 E – H 8 up to 280 EC – H 12 are also available in a Litronic version. This means that one Litronic crane has the performance of two cranes, since there are two load capacity curves available. The available load moment can be increased by up to 20% at the touch of a button (PLUS – button).
The individual crane elements can be transported in their assembly order. Wherever possible, the main mechanical assemblies have been grouped together, so that each transport load contains everything needed for that particular stage in the assembly process. For example, the tower head, slewing platform and slewing ring, complete with tower head access leaders and counter-jib tie bars form a single unite.
Thanks to its modular design, the undercarriage, cruciform and tower sections from the Liebherr HC range can also be used. The tower sections are either 2,5 m, 3 m, 4,14 m, 5,8 m, 10 m or 12,42 m long.
